@ffmpeg/core 0.12.10 is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. It includes FFmpeg and external libraries with their own copyright notices and license terms.

The encoder JavaScript and WebAssembly are unmodified upstream package files. The WebAssembly file is split for delivery and reassembled without changing its bytes.
