A one-time $10 USD speech pack includes 1,000,000 characters. Applicable taxes and the final total appear in Paddle checkout. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Sign in using your verified email before purchasing. Purchased credit has no scheduled expiration.
Allowance counts Unicode characters in cleaned reading text, including spaces and punctuation, for successfully generated sections. Failed or unstarted sections release reserved credit. Successfully generated sections still consume credit when you cancel. Replay, speed changes and existing downloads are free. Speech duration is an estimate, not an entitlement.
WaveNet starts playback as audio becomes ready. Long documents are prepared automatically in parts, with one preparation at a time per account. Daily and monthly service capacity limits may temporarily pause generation and new purchases. Your credit remains on your account; the account page shows reset times. Free browser voices remain available.
Recordings are available for 24 hours. Download an MP4 recording with built-in subtitles before expiry. Clear removes access to the recording and schedules deletion. Expired recordings cannot be recovered; generating them again consumes credit. Retention cleanup may finish after access expires.
Request a proportional refund for unused purchased credit by emailing rogerpbrown@gmail.com with your account email and Paddle receipt or transaction reference. Do not send card information or private reading text. Service failures receive appropriate refunds or restored credit after review. Paddle requirements and applicable consumer rights take precedence.
Approved refunds remove the associated credit. If a refund or chargeback covers credit already used, further WaveNet generation pauses until the adjustment is resolved. Purchases and refunds are verified on the server; delayed confirmation does not mean you should pay again.
PDF extraction runs on your device. Browser voices use your device’s speech service, which may connect to the internet. WaveNet sends cleaned reading text to Google Cloud for synthesis. Cloudflare privately stores prepared text and audio temporarily for playback and downloads. Reading text is not stored in the credit ledger or operational logs.
Email sign-in uses Resend and a single-use, 15-minute link opened in the requesting browser. The account page is permanent: request a new link there when needed. Sessions expire after 30 days. Account, payment and numeric usage records are retained to maintain credit, reconcile payments and resolve disputes. Paddle processes payment details; this site does not store your card number.
Feedback and aggregate statistics are retained for 90 days. Feedback is reviewed using OpenAI Codex; optional reply addresses are excluded from that review. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable aggregate statistics. Browser preferences are stored locally. Contact support for account or privacy requests.
Submit only content you are permitted to process. Do not bypass account, payment or capacity controls. Access may be suspended for abuse or unresolved payment disputes. Contact support about an incorrect suspension.
